What is everything made of?

Depends on the piece, and we name it on every product page. The Initial Necklace and Rainbow Hoops are 18K gold plating over brass. The Lucky Eye Necklace is gold electroplating over titanium steel. The Rose Quartz Bracelet is natural stone with no plating at all.

Will it turn my skin green?

No. Everything we sell is plated over steel, brass, copper or alloy with a sealed finish. Take it off before swimming in chlorine and it'll stay good for years.

Can I shower in it?

Yes for the steel and natural-stone pieces. For plated pieces we'd rather you didn't — soap dulls plating over time. It won't ruin it, it just won't stay bright as long.

How long will delivery take?

8 to 14 business days to the US and UK, 10 to 16 to the EU. Free everywhere, no minimum. See the Shipping page for the full breakdown.

Why does it take that long?

Our pieces ship from our overseas fulfilment partner rather than a local warehouse. That's the trade — you wait a bit longer, you pay a third of what a high-street shop charges for the same thing.

What size are the rings?

US sizes 6 to 10. If you're between sizes, go up.

Do you do custom letters?

All 26 are available on the Initial Necklace and Pearl Initial Bracelet. Just pick yours at checkout.

How does the 3-piece discount work?

Add any three pieces to your bag and 40% comes off automatically at checkout. No code to remember.

Is it gift wrapped?

Every piece comes in a gift box as standard. No extra charge.

Can I change my order?

Email hello@liochi.com within 12 hours and we'll almost always catch it before it ships.
