Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of liochi.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.
We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — if the item is unavailable, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund promptly.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected on site and include VAT where applicable. Prices can change without notice, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.
If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we aren't obliged to sell at that price. We'll contact you and either cancel or offer the correct price.
Products
We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens. Small variations between individual items are normal in plated jewellery and aren't defects.
Measurements are approximate and given as a guide.
Our jewellery is plated, not solid. Plating wears with time and use — this is expected, not a fault.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown there. Your order isn't processed until payment clears.
Your right to cancel
If you're in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. We give you 30. Details are in our [Refund Policy].
Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under EU law you have two years from delivery for goods that don't conform to the contract.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site unlawfully, don't attempt to breach its security, and don't scrape or copy our content, photography or product descriptions for commercial use.
Liability
We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under it. Tell us if you think it's been compromised.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes fall to the Lithuanian courts, though if you're a consumer in another EU member state you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled a complaint, contact us first at hello@liochi.com — most things are resolved quickly that way.
Consumers in Lithuania may also refer disputes to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), [vvtat.lt]. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre.
Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Any reference to it in older templates should be removed.
