30 days, no argument
If you don't like it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unworn and in the box it came in.
Your statutory right (EU and UK customers)
If you're in the EU or UK you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.
To exercise the statutory right, email us within 14 days of delivery saying you wish to withdraw. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
How to start a return
Email hello@liochi.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping
If the piece arrived damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return and send a replacement free. If you've changed your mind, return postage is on you.
Personalised pieces
Initial necklaces and letter bracelets are made to order with your chosen letter. Under EU consumer law, goods made to a customer's specification are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right — so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on these.
You are still fully covered if the piece is faulty, damaged, or the wrong letter arrived. Email us and we'll replace or refund it.
Refund timing
Once your return reaches us, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another few days to show it.
Damaged on arrival
Send us a photo. No return needed, we'll replace it or refund you straight away.
Wrong size?
Rings run true to US sizing. If you're between sizes, size up. If it doesn't fit, email us and we'll swap it.
