Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and across the EU. If your country isn't showing at checkout, email us and we'll usually be able to add it.
How long it takes
Processing: 1–2 business days. Personalised pieces (initials, letters) take 2–3 days because each one is made to order.
Delivery:
- United States — 8 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom & Ireland — 8 to 14 business days
- EU — 10 to 16 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand — 10 to 18 business days
These are real estimates, not best-case ones. Our pieces ship from our overseas fulfilment partner, which is how we keep prices where they are. If you need something for a specific date, order at least three weeks ahead.
Shipping cost
Free worldwide, on every order, with no minimum spend.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating after you receive it — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders to the US, UK and EU are under the usual duty thresholds, so you shouldn't pay anything extra. In the rare case a charge does apply, it's the customer's responsibility.
Something wrong?
If your order hasn't moved in 10 days, or arrives damaged, email hello@liochi.com and we'll sort it. We don't make you jump through hoops.
