Every order ships free. No minimum spend, no surprise charges when it arrives.
Getting your order out
We dispatch in 1 to 3 business days. Personalised pieces (initials, letters) sit at the longer end of that, because each one is made to order.
How long delivery takes
These are ranges, not promises. Where your piece ships from depends on the item, so two orders to the same address can arrive at different times.
- United States — 3 to 15 business days. Items held in our US warehouse land in 3 to 5. Anything sourced from our overseas partner takes 10 to 15. Most orders arrive around the 8 or 9 day mark.
- United Kingdom — around 9 business days, typically 7 to 14.
- Germany, France, Spain and the rest of the EU — around 10 business days. The realistic range is wider: 8 to 23, depending on the country and the item.
- Canada and Australia — around 11 business days.
- Everywhere else — up to 30 business days.
We'd rather say 30 days and have it turn up in 12 than the other way round.
Why the range is wide
We don't hold stock in a local warehouse. Pieces ship from our fulfilment partner, and some come from further away than others. That's the trade: you wait longer than you would from a high-street shop, and pay roughly a third of what they charge for something comparable.
October to December
Processing and delivery both stretch during the Q4 rush — every carrier in the world is under load. If you're buying for a specific date in that period, add two weeks to whatever range applies to you and order early.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse. It can take 3 to 5 days after that before the link starts showing movement. That's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders to the US, UK and EU sit under the usual duty thresholds, so you shouldn't pay anything on delivery. If a charge does apply, it's the customer's responsibility.
If something's wrong
If your order hasn't moved in 10 days, or arrives damaged, email hello@liochi.com. We answer within one business day and we don't make you jump through hoops.
